J071erfish Pipe 5 Supply <br />s;n« 1920 <br />Master Distributor of Carbon Steel Pipe, Fittings & Flanges <br />August 2, 2018 <br />On this day, a training class was held at Merfish Pipe, Stockton Ca. location covering the on-site fuel <br />tank. The training was conducted by Rick Scott, General Manager of this facility. Areas covered were as <br />follows: <br />• Overall function of the fuel tank (see pictures) <br />• Located right next to fuel tank is a spill kit, including boom & snakes (absorbent). Instruction <br />given on how to use the spill kit if needed. (see pictures) <br />Procedure to fill from fuel tank: <br />• Inspect fuel tank and containment area for any leaks. <br />• How to attach battery operated power unit, and plug in. RICK, NEED TO EXPLAIN IN BETTER <br />DETAIL HOW THIS IS DONE <br />• Attach hose to forklift. <br />• Person must remain at the hose at all times. <br />• Do not assume the automatic shut-off will work.
