SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES <br />HAZARDOUS MATERIALS PROGRAM <br />Corrective Action List <br />Account No: 12478 <br />The Corrective Actions below must be completed by April 15, 2005 <br />In Reference to this matter, please ask for Mike Parissi <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS NEEDED <br />A Chemical Description page must be submitted for each hazardous <br />material that exceeds 55 gallons, 500 pounds or 200 cubic feet. <br />A facility site map must also be submitted showing the following; <br />chemical storage by container code, storm water runoff direction, <br />safety/spill equipment, employee evacuation assembly area, <br />general access points and onsite storm drains. This must be on <br />the required 8 and 1/2 by 11 grid format. <br />
