Airport Way in Stockton CA. has been reviewed.The following <br /> violations remain open. <br /> Hazardous Waste Violation <br /> Violation #102—Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> This violation remains open for the following reasons.The SDS sheets provided for waste that were labeled as#6, #8, <br /> #33, #18,#1,#12 are insufficient to determine if the waste is non-hazardous.Specifically full information to determine if <br /> the waste is a characteristic hazardous waste (ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity,toxicity) as defined in Article 3 of <br /> Chapter 11 of the hazardous waste regulations. Furthermore there was no explanation for the large grey container <br /> observed at the bottom of the access ramp which appeared to contain used absorbent. <br /> Violation#110—Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years <br /> This violation remains open for the following reasons.The contaminated absorbent with Naclo Tower Brom 920 on <br /> manifest number 012888122 JJK does not show the product being transported and does not show the product being <br /> received by the designated facility. Signatures and dates on the transporter section and designated facility section are <br /> blank and suggest the waste was not picked up from the facility. <br /> Violation 301- Facility not maintained to minimize release of hazardous waste. <br /> This violation remains open for the following reasons. Pictures provided for the waste generated by the cleanup show a <br /> determination of non-hazardous being made.
