CERTIFICATION OF 480-GALLON WASTE OIL TANK
This certification has been prepared for the 480-gallon waste oil collection tank located at the Antonini
Enterprises, LLC facility, 701 D'Arcy Parkway, Lathrop, California. The waste oil collection tank is an
aboveground double-wall rectangular mild steel construction tank located within the Maintenance Shop
Area. The tank is brand new and meets AFI standards for non-flammable liquids. It was installed when
the facility was purchased in 2013. The tank is supported (raised off the slab by about '/2 inch) by
rectangular steel tubing and is anchor bolted directly to the concrete slab of the Maintenance Shop floor.
At the time of this certification, the tank materials were in good condition and are compatible with the
waste oil that is being stored. The tank is vented and has a removable cap of the interstitial secondary
containment allowing shop personnel to visually and physically inspect for breaches of the interior tank.
Because this tank is brand new and has a competent secondary containment of known manufacture, this
certification requires the tank owner(s) and/or operator(s) provide in-house inspections (each time the
tank is emptied) to verify structural integrity and ensure the tank remains free of deterioration and
corrosion. Inspections and reporting are discussed within the SPCC Plan. Records of the inspection shall
be logged and retained by Antonini management for a period of at least three years. The inspections shall
continue until such time the tank and secondary containment are replaced, a new certification is provided,
or a revised SPCC Plan Is prepared for the facility.
CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that I have personally evaluated the waste oil collection storage tank described above. The
tank has a distinguishing API manufacture plate, and was observed by me to be made with competent
workmanship and materials suitable for its current use. The tank showed no signs of leakage or
deterioration at the time of the inspection. Being familiar with the provisions of 40 CFR part 112, attest
that this Certification has been prepared in accordance with good engineering practices.
Engineer: iS. a ess
Signature: J
Registration Number: C 53220
State: California
Date: October 14, 2013
EAL
zNa A
C vt
q OF
