The secondary containment box is purposely there to catch any fuel that <br /> may be dripped when the tank is re-filled by a fuel delivery company. While we were doing the correct <br /> thing by catching the dripped fuel, we had not cleaned out the dripped fuel in a timely fashion. Upon <br /> • your request the catch basin was drained and the fuel was poured into our"used motor oil"storage <br /> tank for proper disposal when appropriate. We have returned to compliance. We will further stay in <br /> compliance by a regular system of monitoring and inspecting our property and the tanks and pipes <br /> attached to the above ground petroleum tanks according to our Spill Containment and <br /> Countermeasures Plan procedures that I expect to have completed and implemented along with the <br /> appropriate training very soon.
