To whom it may Concern,
On 10/19/2012 this letter is being mailed along with photos and a list of the completed minor violations
that were found here at Food Express, Inc. in Lathrop, CA.This letter will show that we have corrected
almost all the violations and the few that haven't been are waiting only on a shipment to be delivered.
Hazardous Waste Program Inspection Report:
Waste Tire Manifest as shown in the attached picture dates from 2009 to current.
Used Oil Manifest only goes back to 2011. 1 was able to find Manifests from 2008 and older but
can't locate the 2009 and 2010 Manifest. We will be keeping current with Manifests from this point
forward and will continue to try and locate the missing manifests.
Oily Debris Manifest only goes back to the beginning of 2012. Before then it was disposed of in
the same barrels as the used oil filters.
All Barrels are closed and have proper labels on them as you can see in the attached pictures.
Aerosol cans are now picked up and stored in a separate hazardous waste barrel that is labeled
Used Aerosol Cans. This picture is also attached.
Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act(APSA) Program Inspection Report:
We now have a SPCC Plan that was prepared by Garry Reeves.
The only thing missing from the SPCC Plan is the ultrasound on the New Oil Tank and the
Used Oil Tank. Gary stated that they both passed and will drop them off when he is here next to finish
up the stickers.
The missing Stickers from the Diesel tank will be here around the 25th of October. I
included an email from Gary about how they were sent the wrong ones and the new ones had to be
ordered which is the cause for the delay.
c01f<<K5
r2'PAla J1agyer IOl/v ZIZ
