API 653 In-Service Inspection Report <br /> for <br /> Pacific Ethanol HMT Inspection <br /> Tank No. T-6105 August 7,2013 <br /> Stockton, CA Page 25 of 45 <br /> 5.4 NOZZLE INSPECTION <br /> External shell nozzle welds were inspected utilizing VT inspection methods. <br /> Shell and roof nozzle UT data was collected utilizing random readings. One reading per <br /> nozzle neck, reinforcing pad, flange face, and cover (when applicable) was taken. (ref. <br /> Sections 4.4.2 and 4.5.2). <br /> 5.5 FIXED ROOF INSPECTION <br /> External fixed roof plates were inspected utilizing VT inspection method. <br /> Fixed roof deck plate UT data was collected utilizing random readings. Three (3) <br /> readings per plate were taken (ref. Table C). There were no readings which exceeded <br /> 0.090 inch or less(ref.
