API 653 In-Service Inspection Report <br /> for <br /> Pacific 'Ethanol HMT inspection <br /> Tank No. T-6106 August 8,2013 <br /> Stockton, CA Page 25 of 46 <br /> 5.4 NOZZLE INSPECTION <br /> External shell nozzle welds were inspected utilizing VT inspection methods. <br /> Shell and roof nozzle UT data was collected utilizing random readings. One reading per <br /> nozzle neck, reinforcing pad, flange face, and cover(when applicable)was taken. <br /> 5.5 FIXED ROOF INSPECTION <br /> External fixed roof plates were inspected utilizing VT inspection method. <br /> Fixed roof deck plate UT data was collected utilizing random readings. Three (3) <br /> readings per plate were taken (ref. Table C). There were no readings which exceeded <br /> 0.090 inch or less (ref.
