April 13, 2011 <br /> Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) <br /> Item 24: The phone number for the San Joaquin County Environmental (EHD) has <br /> been included in the Integrated Contingency Plan. The updated emergency contact list <br /> is included in this document. <br /> Item 28: We have engaged Nowack Concrete to install additional spill containment for <br /> the 300 gallon and 500 gallon diesel tanks that supply the two fire pumps. We have <br /> expanded the scope to include containing any diesel that could leak inside the fire pump <br /> house. The proposal is expected by April 22, 2011 and we will begin the work as soon <br /> as the contractor is ready. The work is expected to be completed by May 31, 2011. <br /> Item 48: Table 6 contains the testing schedule and frequency. Table 6 is included in <br /> this submittal. Natural Resource Group, the consultant who developed the SPCC plan, <br /> is reviewing the statement around the integrity testing of the shop built tanks. API 653 <br /> is specific to field erected tanks and recommends every 10 as indicated in Table 6. We <br /> will have all necessary modifications to the SPCC completed by June 30, 2011. The <br /> consultant needs this time to make the modifications and have a California Professional <br /> Engineers review and stamp the SPCC. <br /> Item 50: Table 6 contains the testing schedule and frequency; however we are having <br /> Natural Resource Group, the consultant who developed the SPCC plan, review the <br /> SPCC to confirm the specifications for the liquid level sensing devices at out our facility. <br /> The modifications will be completed by June 30, 2011 . The liquid level sensing devices <br /> will be tested immediately upon receiving the engineers recommended schedule and <br /> procedure. <br /> Notes: The corrosion on the metal bases of the tank stands will be addressed during <br /> the containment modifications that are referenced in Item 28. <br /> The Ameron fiberglass piping used as aboveground secondary containment is not <br /> suitable for exposure to sunlight. We have two contractors preparing bids for applying <br /> corrective coating to the piping. The bids are expected to be complete by May 13, <br /> 2011 . <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
