Hazelton Ave. <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />Ms. Henry, <br />DLA Installation Support at San Joaquin Environmental Office, DS-FJEE has reviewed the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) <br />Inspection Report dated June 24, 2015. The following is our comment in response to the minor violation <br />noted on your report. Inspection was conducted for the closure of the APSA permits. Our response to the <br />inspection report findings are as follows: <br />1. #102 APSA HSC 25270.4.5(a) Failed to properly close a tank that is considered <br />permanently closed. 12,000 gallon Diesel AST and 12,000 gallon Gas AST at fueling station <br />are not in use but have not been permanently closed. <br />Corrective Action: Removed and blanked off all pump suction piping, dispensing nozzles <br />removed and proper tank closure signage in accordance with HSC 25270.4.5(a) posted. <br />Supporting documentation of the removal of all liquid and sludge enclosed (removal of <br />liquids and sludge verified by technician prior to bolting down fill ports). <br />Point of contact for this action is Edward McNair, DS-FJEE, (209) 839-5539, or email: <br />edward.i-ncnair@dla.mil <br />" 1/NV� <br />CHRI J.
