These documents reference our Simplot Grower Solutions facility located at 4863 Carpenter Road , in Stockton Cao . In regards to the Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report, all items rioted in the original and amended reports have been completed or addressed as fellows : Items 103 , 109 , I 10 , 303 , 403, and 606 were completed , and supporting documentation sent to your Department in a letter dated 18 March 2118 , Item 102 from the amended report was addressed in a letter sent to your Department on 16 April 2016 . In regards to the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Inspection Report , all items rioted in the report have been completed as follows: Items 613 , 616 , and 716 were completed , and supporting documentation serif to your Department in a letter dated 18 March 20113 . Items 101 , 601 , 603 , 604 , 713, have been addressed in a new SPCC plan that was developed in response to these findings .
