We were able to reduce the file size to 6MB, so the whole
document plus attachments are in one file. Also attached is a crosswalk that lists the individual violations and how they
were addressed in the SPCC Plan. One item: the facility diagram is in the plan and can be viewed electronically in the
PDF. We have the capability to plot the diagram and I can send you a hard copy of the plot if you would like. Please let
me know if you would like me to send you a hard copy of the diagram and also if you need any additional
information. Thanks,
Diane
From: Stacy Rivera [EH] [mailto:srivera@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Monday, November 28, 2016 1:23 PM
To: Griffin, Diane Marie
Subject: RE: Site 300 APSA follow up
Hi Diane,
That sounds great. Email works, but I'm not sure it can handle a file that large. I know our outgoing mail is limited to 16
MB.
Stacy Rivera
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. I am happy to
follow up with you and send you any follow-up documentation you need. I looked back at the inspection report and the
requests for information in that report and compared that to our response. I think the best way to proceed at this point
is to send you the updated SPCC Plan with a crosswalk that points to where each of the inspection items was
addressed. Does that work for you? Also, can we communicate by e-mail or do you need a more formal letter
response? The SPCC Plan is 23 MB, so it should be e -mail -able if your servers can accept a file that large. Please let me
know. Thanks.
