I can break up the plan into smaller PDFs to get
the e-mails under 16 MB.
Diane
From: Stacy Rivera [EH] [mailto:srivera(dsjcehd.com]
Sent: Monday, November 28, 2016 1:23 PM
To: Griffin, Diane Marie
Subject: RE: Site 300 APSA follow up
Hi Diane,
That sounds great. Email works, but I'm not sure it can handle a file that large. I know our outgoing mail is limited to 16
MIB.
Stacy Rivera
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. I am happy to
follow up with you and send you any follow-up documentation you need. I looked back at the inspection report and the
requests for information in that report and compared that to our response. I think the best way to proceed at this point
is to send you the updated SPCC Plan with a crosswalk that points to where each of the inspection items was
addressed. Does that work for you? Also, can we communicate by e-mail or do you need a more formal letter
response? The SPCC Plan is 23 MB, so it should be e -mail -able if your servers can accept a file that large. Please let me
know. Thanks.
Diane Griffin
Environmental Scientist
Environmental Functional Area
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory
