US EPA has <br /> Tier I templates available for this purpose. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The facility has a 1000 gallon gasoline tank, 500 gallon diesel tank, one 55 gallon drum of product oil, and three <br /> 55 gallon drums of used oil. The petroleum capacity is greater than 1320 gallons so the Aboveground <br /> Petroleum Storage Act(APSA)applies to this facility. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 16, 2018. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
