I am not sure if it is the scanned version or the version I sent that is missing pages but I
have attached Appendix D which shows that they have been added to the plan.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Thank you,
Courtney DePorto
Valley Region Environmental Coordinator
4001 Bradshaw Road
Sacramento, CA 95827
Direct:916-855-4514
Cell: 916-825-5708
Email:courtney.deporto@gcinc.com
www.clraniteconstruction.com
GFUMITE '
C0 WORLD'S/MOST
MICAL
tv;COMPANIES'
From: Cesar Ruvalcaba [EH] [mailto:cruvalcaba@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Monday, November 05, 2018 1:01 PM
To: Deporto, Courtney<Courtney.Deporto@gcinc.com>
Subject:APSA/SPCC RETURN TO COMPLIANCE -37400 S. BIRD,TRACY- PR0540729
Hi Courtney,
After reviewing the return to compliance for the APSA inspection at 37400 S. Bird, I have some questions. The correction
for violation#105-Tank Closure states that the tanks are empty and have had all connecting lines/pipes disconnected.
There is no mention of closing and locking all valves and posting a sign stating that the tanks are permanently closed. If
the tanks meet all the requirements of"permanently closed" they are exempt from the SPCC plan until they are brought
1
