I should have a draft to send to you for review sometime next week.
I am still trying to find a company to conduct the integrity test.
Thank you,
Jon Lorente
Director of Compliance and Safety
EFUEL, LLC
(408) 499-0336
4605 E. Since EFuel is the company that
will be taking responsibility for the two 10,000 gallon tanks, Efuel will have to have an SPCC plan. Since we currently
have two facilities, Efuel and AC Trucking, permitted for the same tanks,we will be inactivating AC Trucking for the
permit.Any changes in owner/operator status will need to be communicated to the Environmental Health Department.
Our records indicate that this Efuel facility is not permitted with our department as being a hazardous waste generator. I
will activate a permit as a small quantity hazardous waste generator, you may receive a bill for the permitting for this
year.
General requirements for hazardous waste can be found here.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank,
and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators. List and schedule of classes can be found
here.
2
