The S-5 91 vent line and the 91 fill sump vacuum sensor failed when tested The S-2 87 vent line and 87 fill sump float liquid sensor failed when tested The interstitial space of the UST shall be maintained, as designed,under constant vacuum such that a breach in the primary or secondary containment is detected before the hazardous substance is released into the environment The sensors were replaced and retested good during the inspection Communication of the vacuum sensors for the vent sump,tank top sumps and under dispenser containments could not be tested because the bottom ports of the UDCs and the sumps could not be opened to verify communication of vacuum monitoring throughout the interstitial space of the sumps.
