The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not
been addressed for CHEVRON STATION #307709'` as of January 11, 2018.
Open violations from March 24,2017 inspection
Violation#305-VPH monitoring of the interstitial spaces of the UST system is not maintained.
The S-5 91 vent line and the 91 fill sump vacuum sensor failed when tested. The S-2 87 vent line and 87 fill sump
float liquid sensor failed when tested. Make the ports accessible and notify the EHD of
the test time and date.
