Box 2292 <br />Brea, CA 92821-2922 <br />RECEIVED <br />MAY 12 2011 <br />Inspector Garrett Backus, ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />PERMIT/SERVICES <br />This letter is in response to the UST inspection report issued on April 29, 2011 to Chevron Station #307709, located <br />at 10858 Trinity Parkway Stockton, CA 95219. <br />Below is our response regarding the 1 item noted in the attached inspection report. <br />■ 17. The diesel line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be capable <br />of detecting a 3 gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician changed the siphon jet, retested it, <br />and it passed. <br />• Enclosed are the passing LLD test results for diesel.
