The diesel line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be <br />capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician changed the siphon jet, <br />retested it, and it passed. <br />Notes <br />1. The S1, S4, S6 liquid sensors for the product lines were not programmed to turn the product turbines <br />off when the sensors trigger a high liquid alarm. The testing technician reprogrammed the sensors to <br />turn the turbines off during a high liquid alarm to stay consistent with the UST monitoring plan for the site <br />which states that leaks from the product lines will turn off the turbines. <br />2. Chevron provided an updated monitoring plan with the overfill prevention method set to external <br />audio-visual alarm at 90% of tank capacity. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE ($122). <br />THIS FACT ITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION T ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD In <br />Receiv Y: <br />Title- <br />k---- �/' v - v L� v <br />EHD 23- 2-003 Rev 08/10/10 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
