Daniel A. Erickson
From: Garry DiMaggio [garryd@dimaggiomaintenance.com]
Sent: Monday, November 17, 2008 9:45 AM
To: Daniel A. Erickson
Cc: Richard DiMaggio; Rodney Dimaggio
Subject: Detail Sump Repair with 7789.pdf attachment with noted correction
Attachments: 7789. PDF
Exsplation for Item #32 page 5 L16, L18, L20, L26 Inspect, Repair and test new levels.
L16 L18 L26 had NO Alarms or Visual Brine leak on day of 07-29-08 on these three
sensors Brine was added and used a visual test by putting new levels and marking brine tube with
tape and putting the time and date when new levels were added.
L26 had Alarm and visual brine in bottom of UDC Sump . Inspected and found broken hose clamp
with brine leakage at this point. Also found a paste like material Blockage in UDC brine Vent. This
would cause brine not to level out correct in UDC. So we cleard Blockage and was able to add
new Brine levels with ease. Performed same visual test and marked new levels with tape and
putting the time and date when new levels were added. Brine tubes had over 8 hours of testing
on L16 L18 L20 L26. No Visual leaks or Visual loss of Brine was noted.
Thank you,
Garry DiMaggio
661-325-7060 Office
661-609-1753 Cell
garryd-di.maggiomaintenance.com
11/17/2008
