It is attached for your information. The ICC certification is not the correct <br />one. The correct certification is the ICC Service Technican certification. The Veeder Root level 4 certification is <br />expired (these certs are only good for two years). <br />BZ indicates that the circuit boards were not changed in the monitoring panel and only reprogramming was <br />required. Was the monitoring panel cold started, erasing the alarm history, after my October 17, 08 inspection? If <br />the alarm history was erased after this date then a cold start inspection will be required and all sensors will need <br />to be tested. <br />Is BZ doing the diesel spill container riser repair? They need to describe in writing how the repair will be done. <br />Are they changing parts? What parts are being changed? If they are not changing parts then describe how are <br />making the repair. <br />If BZ is replacing UDC brine reservoirs and hose? They need to specify which UDCs are being worked on. <br />BZ did not include vapor tight repairs on the fill sumps on their permit application. The clamps, gaskets and <br />shroud boots need repair or replacement.
