Upon final
review of the plans with my supervisor, more questions came up. They are as follows:
1. How will the Healy System be maintained? Will it be drained on a regular basis? If so,
how often? This information should also be included in the facility's monitoring& response
plans.
2. Will the vent and vapor lines be tested in a fashion similar to that of the product lines as
outlined on page F7.1, Testing of Piping? If not, then how?
3. In the Dispenser Sump detail on page F5.0, are numbers 3,7, and 11 the same dispenser
but different views, or are they all different? On the same page for numbers 6 & 10, what
is the difference in these pictures, and what are we looking at there (it is not labeled)?
4. Will there be an oil -water separator? This is a requirement of the City of Stockton. There
is nothing noted in the plans?
Please remit the requested information to my attention. If you have any further questions, you
may contact me @ (209) 468-0341.
Thank you,
Lori uces, REHS
Registered Environmental Health Specialist
