The State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB) will invoice you directly for <br />activities performed under the auspices of the Local UST Oversight Program. The goal of the site <br />evaluation performed by Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) is to certify <br />closures of underground tank leakage sites. Closure certification occurs only after mitigation activities <br />are completed. <br />In addition, the "Regional Board Staff Recommendations For Initial Evaluation and Investigation of <br />Underground Tanks" and "Appendix A" reporting format and the LUFT Manual shall be utilized as guidance <br />documents in the preparation of work plans and/or reports. <br />If you have any questions regarding this letter or if there are any corrections in the responsible party <br />information, please contact Linda Turkatte, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3441. <br />Donna Heran, REHS, Director <br />Environmental Health Division <br />444 <br />Linda A.
