Box 55232 <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />Re: Limited Site Assessment Of Soil And droundwater Quality <br />CAt <br />A 1789 and 1681 Charter Way At Fresno Street, Stockton, <br />Dear Mr. Ranuio: <br />Subsequent to being engaged by'Vito Transport, Inc. on July <br />1, 1989, Uriah, undertook a limited site �I'ssessment of the <br />property as referenced above for'the purpose of determining <br />the presence of soil/groundwater contamina!ition. <br />In addition to the acquisition and development of on-site <br />technical data, Uriah staff reviewed available historical <br />information with regard to property usage (as such usage might <br />pertain to the storage, utilization, and disposal of toxic <br />materials. II' <br />As referenced within the attached report, significant <br />contamination of soil was found to be present in that portion <br />of the property occupied by underground furl storage tanks that <br />had previously been abandoned in place. <br />Thank you for selecting Uriah, Inc. as your environmental <br />consultant in this matter.
