Six push probes will be advanced in the vicinity of a diesel AST that was removed <br />sometime around 1997. Three soil samples and one grab groundwater sample will be <br />collected from each of two of these probes, and one Hydropunch groundwater sample <br />will from each of the remaining four probes, for a total of six soil samples and six <br />groundwater samples. Samples will be analyzed for TPH and chlorinated solvents. In <br />addition, four vapor wells will be installed. Vapor samples will be analyzed for TPH and <br />chlorinated solvents. Further details are in the Operable Unit 5 Section of the formal <br />Closure Wok Plan. <br />Total push probes: 6 <br />Total vapor wells: 4 <br />Total holes: 10 <br />Seven push probes will be advanced in the vicinity of the slab drains associated with <br />a factory building that was removed sometime around 1997. Three soil samples and <br />one grab groundwater sample will be collected from each of two of the probes, and <br />one Hydropunch groundwater sample will be collected from each of the remaining five <br />probes, for a total of six soil samples and seven groundwater samples. Samples will <br />be analyzed for TPH and chlorinated solvents. In addition, two vapor wells will be <br />installed. Vapor samples will be analyzed for TPH and chlorinated solvents. Two soil samples <br />and one grab groundwater sample will be collected. Samples will be analyzed for <br />pesticides and herbicides. In addition, two soil samples and one grab groundwater <br />sample collected from a push probe advanced for Operable Unit 8 will also be <br />analyzed for pesticides and herbicides. Further details are in the Operable Unit 9 <br />Section of the formal Closure Wok Plan. <br />Total push probes: 1 <br />Total vapor wells: 0 <br />Total holes: 2 <br />Two push probes will be advanced in the vicinity of past explorations related to rail <br />spurs that were removed sometime around 1997. Three soil samples and one grab <br />groundwater sample will be collected from each, for a total of six soil samples and two <br />groundwater samples. Samples will be analyzed for CAM 17 Metals, TPH, VOCs, <br />solvents, pesticides, and herbicides. Further details are in the Operable Unit 11 <br />Section of the formal Closure Wok Plan. <br />Total push probes: 2 <br />Total vapor wells: 0 <br />Total holes: 2
