Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br />modified. <br />A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br />submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br />osystem usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br />3 issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A <br />review fee of $695 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br />The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite sewage standards of San Joaquin <br />County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br />tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br />,,required for each parcel. A permit fee of $139 per percolation hole is required. <br />B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br />Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br />1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />C. <br />y the <br />Environmental Health individual l <br />Department s required red atthe time of development (San er permit and inspection J Joaquin County <br />Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />=.1 <br />D. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br />Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />F— <br />%Y' -r, E. Facility may have no more than 12,500 cubic yards of feedstock, chipped and ground material, <br />d, 1,amendments, additives, active compost, and stabilized compost on-site at any one time. <br />F.
