MacArthur Dr. to repair their existing septic system. The City <br />determined that the septic system is located beyond the 200 -ft maximum distance to be <br />required to connect to the City's sewer collection system. The owner/tenant provided sufficient <br />written evidence to confirm the distance. In conclusion, the City does not protest San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health's issuance of any discretionary or ministerial permit to repair the <br />existing septic system. <br />Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
