<br />'RODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
<br />TYPE: An organic non -petroleum cleaner and degreaser used as a
<br />replacement for petroleum cleaners and degreasers contain-
<br />ing a citrus solvent, surfactants, and emulsifiers.
<br />BENEFITS: LOW TOXICITY: Naturally occurring citrus solvent is less
<br />hazardous than petroleum distillates, chlorinated solvents or
<br />butyl cellosolve.
<br />HIGH SOLVENCY: Comparable solvency with petroleum
<br />distillates and chlorinated solvents.
<br />PLEASANT FRAGRANCE: Leaves a fresh citrus fragrance;
<br />no objectionable petroleum solvent odors. Particularly useful
<br />where poor ventilation is a problem.
<br />LESS HAZARDOUS DRAIN CLEANER: Does not contain
<br />any caustics, acids, petroleum distillates, chlorinated
<br />hydrocarbons or chlorinated aromatic solvents.
<br />BIODEGRADABLE: All detergents or emulsifiers in Big
<br />Orange are completely biodegradable.
<br />USDA AUTHORIZED: Authorized for use on all surfaces in
<br />inedible product processing areas, non -processing areas,
<br />and/or exterior areas of federally inspected meat and
<br />poultry plants.
<br />APPLICATIONS:
<br />Formulated to degrease motors, engine parts, molds, dies, and
<br />other industrial equipment. Effectively emulsifies tar and asphalt,
<br />and removes many industrial glues and protective coatings. Ideal
<br />for use in drain pipes and grease traps. Good cleaner for un-
<br />painted concrete floors, and for removing scuff and rubber lire
<br />marks. May damage some plastic and/or painted surfaces. Test
<br />on an inconspicuous area before general use.

<br />Zap Big Orange is a blend of naturally cccunirg organic degreasers, detergents, and emulsifiers
<br />for easy dilution with water. Formulated for the transportation industry, food service industry,
<br />hotel and motel industry, sewage treatment plants, garbage trucks and dumpslers.
<br />DIRECTIONS:
<br />DEGREASER FOR CONCRETE FLOORS AND EQUIPMENT — Floors: Apply unflded product or
<br />ma luled with water up to 2 ox. per gallon b soiled area depending on amount of soil. Scrub as necessary
<br />with brash or Poor machine. Rinse thas"hy. Pick up wih mop and wringer or wet *kup vacoum. Greasy
<br />Equipment and Pads: Brush, wipe or spray undiluted product onto soiled areas, agitate where neces-
<br />sary. Rinse thoroughly wih strong stream of water, preferably high pressure or steam. NOTE: May dam-
<br />age some Plastic, rubber, and/or painted surfaces. Test an an inconspicuous area before
<br />general use.
<br />SEWAGE TREATMENT AND RENDERING PLANTS: May be used straight or madiluted with water

<br />DRAIN AND GREASE TRAPS: To unclog drains pour 8 oz. of Zep Big Orange into drain and allow to
<br />sled lar one hour. Flush with hot water. To present grease buiMup; onca a week pour 2 to 4 oz. Zep Bg
<br />Orange into drsiro and after one four, Push with water. CAUTION: DD NOT use Zep Big Comge in

<br />GRAFFITI REMOVAL AND CLINGING DEGREASER: Prepare a thickened emulsion by mixing 3
<br />parts Zep Big Omrgewith 1 mdwb water.
<br />Agitate thooughly by stirring or shaking to develop a milky, homogeneous, thick Igud. Pour emuaan into a
<br />low pressure spryer, such as a Zep ML400, for amaA jobs; or Zep Mode14C or3000P M larger Wbs. Thor-
<br />oughty mal grafiti withthe emulsion. Allay it to remainin aenlaci ter 610 minutes. Agitate saubbom spots
<br />with a stlff brush or nylon scouring pad when mosses , and when no danger of scratdling surface exits.
<br />Rinse Ihoroughly with a strong stream of water.
