Yes No Comment <br />90 Day Accumulation in Containers (cont.) <br />(Section 66262.34) <br />While accumulating waste in containers for 90 days <br />or less without a permit or interim status, has <br />the generator: [66262.34(f)-] <br />(1) Visibly marked containers with the date <br />each period of accumulation begins? <br />(2) Visibly marked containers with the date <br />the 90 -day period begins? <br />(3-) Marked each container used for on-site <br />accumulation of HW clearly with the words <br />"Hazardous Waste", and labelled with the <br />following: <br />(A) Composition and physical state of the <br />waste? <br />(B) Statement(s) on the hazardous <br />property(ies) of the waste? <br />(C) Name and address of the waste generator? <br />Chapter 15, Article 9 Requirements: <br />Does the generator transfer wastes from containers <br />in poor condition to sound containers, or <br />otherwise manage the waste in compliance with <br />regulations? [66265.171] <br />Are containers compatible with the waste to be <br />stored? [66265.172] <br />Are containers of HW closed except when necessary <br />to add or remove wastes? [66265.173(a)] <br />Are containers of HW handled to prevent rupture <br />and leakage? [66265.173(b)] <br />Are container areas inspected at least weekly to <br />detect leaks and deterioration? [66265.174] <br />Are containers of ignitable or reactive waste <br />located at least 15 meters (50 feet) from the <br />property line?
