Coffee Co. <br />230 Industrial Ave. <br />Ripon, CPQ 95366 <br />RE: REPORT OF VIOLATIONS AND SCHEDULE OF <br />On March 19, 1990, San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) <br />conducted an inspection of Nestle/Hills Bros. Coffee Company, located at 230 Industrial Avenue, Ripon, <br />California, 95366. <br />As a result of that inspection, violations of the hazardous waste statutes and/or regulations were identified. <br />Specific violations and required corrective action are listed below. Failure to correct the identified violations <br />within the scheduled period will result in PHS-EHD citing you for continuingladditional violations. <br />I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br />A. Section 66508, (a), (3), Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br />At the time of the inspection, several waste oil drums did not have accumulation start <br />dates. <br />B. Section 66508, (b), Title 22, California Code of Regulations: <br />At the time of inspection, several drums had been stored in excess of 90 days. <br />II. SCHEDULE OF CORRECTIONS: <br />A. Violation #1: <br />Effective immediately, all drums containing hazardous waste shall be labeled with the <br />following information: <br />a) The start date of accumulation. <br />b) The words "Hazardous Waste".. <br />c) Your name and address. <br />d) Listed constituents of waste within containers: <br />A Divisum of San Jtwquin Counry Hcalth (are Services 10 <br />
