MADSEN'S SUNRISE DAIRY <br />239 S. STOCKTON AVE. <br />RIPON, CA 95366 <br />WRITTEN ROUTINE FOR <br />MONITORING PROCEDURE <br />The monitoring system used for the above location is a continuous monitoring <br />system The equipment used for this monitoring is an Incon TS 1000 electronic tank <br />sentinel. It will be the responsibility of the opening clerk to check the alarm system to be <br />sure there has been no alarm during the night hours. This system will be manually checked <br />each month for probe reliability and integrity. <br />The monitoring probes are located in each of the following locations; a probe is <br />located in each of the three petroleum products and one in the annular space. Bob or <br />Carol Madsen are the responsible parties for the performing of the monthly manual check <br />of the probes and the maintenance of the monitoring equipment. <br />The written log of daily alarm checks and the monthly manual check of the probes <br />will be maintained on site and a sample of those logs are attached to this procedure. <br />On an annual basis, the monitoring system will be scheduled for maintenance in <br />accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. <br />Factory training for the operating tank system and monitoring equipment was <br />provided to Bob and Carol Madsen on February 14, 1994. They will be responsible for <br />training further individuals in this monitoring system should that be necessary. <br />
