STOCKTON AVE.
RIPON, CA 95366
WRITTEN ROUTINE FOR
MONITORING PROCEDURE
The monitoring system used for the above location is a continuous
monitoring system. The equipment used for this monitoring is an Incon TS
1000 electronic tank sentinel. It will be the responsiblity of the opening
clerk to check the alarm system to be sure there has been no alarm during
the night hours. This system will be manually checked each month for
probe reliability and integrity.
The monitoring probes are located in each of the following locations;
a probe is located in each of the three petroleum products and one in the
annular space. Bob or Carol Madsen are the responsible parties for
performing the monthly manual check of the probes and the maintenance of
the monitoring equipment.
The written log of daily alarm checks and the monthly manual check of
probes will be maintained on site and a sample of those logs are attached
to this procedure.
On an annual basis, the monitoring system will be scheduled for
maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Factory training for the operating tank system and monitoring
equipment was provided to Bob and Carol Madsen on February 14, 1994.
They will be responsible for training further individuals in this
monitoring system should that be necessary.
