His <br />department has no permit requirements for aeration of soils <br />that have gasoline contamination at levels below 50mg/kg. <br />The spoil pile was put back into the excavation on top of <br />clean peagravel. SEMCO will re -excavate the contaminated <br />soils and stockpile them on .006ml black visquine.
