Stockton Avenue, Ripon, San <br />Joaquin County, California (Facility). The SPCC Plan update will address individual oil containers <br />located at the Facility that exceed storage capacity of 55 gallons. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Task 1 — SPCC Plan Update <br />The requirements for a SPCC Plan are found in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112 (40 <br />CFR Part 112), and the California Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act (APSA) [California Ilealth and <br />Safety Code, Chapter 6.67, Section 25270 - 25270.131. These regulations will be used in the development <br />of the SPCC Plan update. <br />In the course of the SPCC Plan update, the engineer of record, or his representative, will inspect your <br />Facility. The inspection will allow observations to be made of site conditions which will be used to <br />update the SPCC Plan and an AutoCAD format site map that shows the locations of the Facility's oil <br />containers. <br />The elements of the SPCC Plan include: <br />• Discussion of conformance with federal regulations; <br />• Facility description: <br />• Discharge notification information and procedures:. <br />• Potential spill predictions (volumes, rates, quantities and directions of flows); <br />• Written inspection and/or test procedures; <br />• Personnel training requirements; and <br />• Site security requirements. <br />
