<br />SCHEDULE AND COST ESTIMATE
<br />We are prepared to begin work at the Facility upon receipt of an executed Work Order. Under "Task 1, a
<br />draft version of the updated SPCC Plan will be submitted to you for review and comment three (3) weeks
<br />after the site work has been completed. A final updated SPCC Plan will be submitted to you within two
<br />(2) weeks after receipt of your draft SPCC Plan comments and edits. If Task 2 is selected, a Condor
<br />representative will coordinate a training session upon finalization of the SPCC Plan. Under Task 3 a
<br />summary and recommendations letter will be provided to the Client x%ithin three (3) weeks of the site
<br />inspection.

<br />If this Proposal is acceptable and you would like Condor to proceed with the proposed Scope of Work, we
<br />ask that you sign and immediately return a copy of the enclosed Master Services Agreement and the
<br />Work Order. Please retain a copy of these documents for your records.
