WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br />WEST LANE MOBILE HOME PARK <br />AND JOE PASSALACQUA <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />2. The discharge shall not cause degradation of any water supply. <br />-3- <br />3. The discharge shall remain within the designated disposal area at all <br />times. <br />4. The 30 -day average daily dry weather discharge flow shall not exceed <br />0.018 million gallons. <br />5. Collected screening, sludges, and other solids removed from liquid <br />wastes shall be disposed of in a manner approved by the Executive <br />Officer. <br />6. A minimum 1.0 foot freeboard shall be maintained in all ponds at all <br />times. <br />7. Reclaimed wastewater shall meet the criteria contained in Title 22, <br />Division 4, CCR (Section 60301, et seq.). <br />8. The discharge of waste containing any carcinogen or reproductive toxin <br />listed by the Governor pursuant to Health and Safety Code Sections <br />25249.5 through 25249.13, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement <br />Act of 1986 (Proposition 65), where such chemical passes or probably <br />will pass into any source of drinking water, is prohibited. <br />9. The dissolved oxygen content of holding ponds shall not be less than <br />1.0 mg/l for 16 hours in any 24-hour period. <br />10. Wastewater treatment and disposal shall be managed in such a way that <br />no wastewater solids accumulate, and so odor nuisance is prevented. <br />C. Effluent Limitations: <br />1.
