Date: 11/20/2017 <br />Manufacturer training: ICC UST installer, 11/20/17; Containment Solutions, 11/19/17 <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Witnessed UST install of two Containment Solution USTs. Tank interstitial space is liquid filled and no fluid leaks were <br />observed on the exterior of the tanks. Deadmen and straps were installed. Metal components are galvanized for corrosion <br />protection. Pea gravel was installed around the tank and packed under the tanks. Contractor took deflection measurements. <br />Tank setbacks from each other and the pit wall were within specification. Next inspection is Thursday, 4-27-17 and will <br />consist of a tank pressure test. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
