This has not been on
our radar since we just received the request for it for another state. Leila provided Carl with a certificate a few weeks
ago, that should suffice for all because it doesn't reflect a singular state and does reflect the actual coverage. We do
not have the policy and normally will not have the policy for at least 60-90 days after the renewal date.
I guess we could calendar to request a cert. as soon as it renews on July 1 and send it to you for submission to the
state, or just to keep in your files for when they request it. Would that work? It is not a certificate that the broker would
automatically issue as it is not for one of the routine coverages, e.g. property, workers' comp., general liability
insurance.
I'm sorry for this.
Carla
Carla M. I called
Carl Estock from Titan Management, he said he just received certificate August 20 (certificate expired July 1,
2007). San Joaquin County has us for repeat violations because of not having current document this year and last
year. They are getting irritated over this issue.
Thanks
