46 <br />Oro <br />us <br />1624 ARMY COURT <br />STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95206 `NEPLTN <br />EE <br />Toys "R" Us has developed the Operators Response Plan as <br />required by the California Underground Storage Tank Regulations <br />of August 1985, Sections 2632 thru 2634, for the operation of <br />the fuel storage tank and pump located at 1624 Army Court <br />Stockton, California 95206. <br />1. Shown is a list of Corporate Officers and Management <br />Personnel authorized to order repairs and recovery of hazerdous <br />material in the containment system should any leak occur. <br />Dennis Churchman - General Manager. .408-432-6330 <br />Kevin Comer - Area Director Storey 408-432-6330 <br />0. Monitoring guidelines and procedures have been <br />designed to prevent overfill of the system during fuel delivery <br />a. Prior to ordering fuel, level of the tank will be <br />checked twice to determine proper amount of fuel to order. <br />b. Tankers delivering fuel are preset by volumn order, <br />to ensure no extra fuel is pumped into the storage tank. <br />C. Toys "R" Us Management will monitor delivery, when <br />fuel is being dispensed into the system. <br />d. Fuel level will be checked after delivery to ensure <br />no excess level of fuel was delivered. <br />3. For detection of possible leaks or spillage into the <br />containment or pump systems, (Persuant to Section 2634 D of the <br />California Underground Storage Tanks Regulations), the unit has <br />been equipped with Audio Alarm Systems for the dual wall tanks <br />and the pump containment system. <br />a. The system will have an operational check performed <br />daily with a log kept on file. <br />b. Daily and weekly visual monitoring checks will be <br />made of all surface areas to ensure no spillage occured. <br />4. Response to leaks of hazardous material, either in the <br />primary or secondary containment systems, and fuel divivery system. <br />a. Should our monitoring systems,including visual <br />inspections detect a leak in any of the contaimmnet systems, <br />the approiate Corporate Officer will be notified and corrective <br />action taken immediately. <br />b. The Companys listed in Appendix A will be contacted to <br />correct any problems with the fuel pump or storage systems. They <br />will also remove any containments and hazardous material as <br />needed from the storage tanks within two hours after notification. <br />(Pursuant to Section 2634 E5). <br />
