I will list item number from the inspection report and <br />what we did to correct it: <br /># 206 - Training record for UST inspection, system monitoring and SPCC procedures competed and <br />updated. Contact list for emergencies and monitoring system updated and posted. <br />#121 ,#122, #123, #124 - Disposal manifest number 004824261 JA (11/6/09). Copy of manifest received <br />from designated disposal facility ( copy attached ). Copy sent to San Joaquin County EHD and DTSC. <br />#404 — 5 gallon buck was sealed while not in use. Buck was disposed of in liquid waste drum when full. <br />Liquid waste drum was taken by Fremouw Environmental Services with liquid waste pickup on 12/11/11 <br />( invoice # 37394 ).
