The cleaner was observed to have a storage tank of neutralizer, three filters, and an open top <br />container with solid accumulation on the sides. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a <br />hazardous waste. Immediately begin making a hazardous waste determination for the battery cleaner waste, and <br />manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br />explaining how this waste was managed. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br />Page 3of9 <br />
