The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Visual inspection of diesel piping within dispenser <br />b. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on UDC 2/3 <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br />inspection and approval. <br />4. If concrete will be broken near the UDCs or piping, a secondary containment test must <br />be performed on the UDC or piping once concrete is poured in accordance with the <br />manufacturer's guidelines. <br />5. Secondary containment testing for UDC 2/3 is required six months after installation. <br />Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br />6. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br />qualifications: <br />
