The tank forms did not list any corrosion <br />protection and incorrectly listed external audible/visual alarms for overfill prevention. Any change of information must <br />be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. The corrections were submitted in CERS at the time of <br />inspection. This was corrected on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />106 <br />CCR 2632 Monitoring and response plans not current or approved by the EHD. <br />The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The monitoring plan incorrectly listed one of the <br />two leak detectors as a Red Jacket FXIV; both leak detectors are VMI LD2000. The monitoring plan must be <br />uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). The monitoring plan was updated and submitted <br />at the time of inspection. This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />107 <br />CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. <br />An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The site map submitted to CERS does not show the <br />location of the STP sump or the monitoring panel. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where <br />monitoring will be performed. A corrected monitoring site plan was submitted to CERS at the time of inspection. This <br />was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />109 <br />CCR 2637 Failed to test secondary containment. <br />Secondary containment testing for satellite UDC #1 and satellite UDC #2/3 was last performed on January 9, 2012 and <br />was due by January 2015. Testing has not been completed and is 2 months past due. Secondary containment <br />testing is required once every 36 months. Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the <br />EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />113 <br />CCR 2638(d) Failed to submit monitoring system certification test report within 30 days. <br />A monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were performed on March 14, 2014 <br />and a test report has not been submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). A copy of the <br />test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test.
