All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Immediately have
a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component under permit and inspection
of the EHD.
This is a repeat violation, Class II.
321
CCR 2636(c)(1) All releases in secondary piping do not flow to a collection sump.
The drain hole in the flex piping on the south diesel piping in the diesel STP sump was observed facing upward. Any
potential release from the primary containment into the secondary containment in the diesel piping does not flow into a
collection sump. All secondary containment systems shall be sloped so that all releases will flow to a collection
sump located at the low point of the underground piping.
