The correct test date of <br />January 9, 2012 was noted, but the designated operator marked that testing was completed during the required time <br />frame. During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance <br />for the UST system have been completed and document the dates they were done. Ensure that designated operators <br />performing monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />314 <br />CCR 2631(a) Primary containment not tight (pre -Jul 2003). <br />The piping on the dispenser 1/2 piping was observed to be seeping, with a small amount of liquid pooled in the UDC, <br />indicating a leak in the primary piping. All primary containment for the UST system must be tight. Immediately have <br />a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed component under permit and inspection <br />of the EHD. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />321 <br />CCR 2636(c)(1) All releases in secondary piping do not flow to a collection sump. <br />The drain hole in the flex piping on the south diesel piping in the diesel STP sump was observed facing upward. Any <br />potential release from the primary containment into the secondary containment in the diesel piping does not flow into a <br />collection sump. All secondary containment systems shall be sloped so that all releases will flow to a collection <br />sump located at the low point of the underground piping. The drain was adjusted to the correct position at the time of <br />inspection. This was corrected on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />2010 <br />CCR 2660(k) Repair for tank or piping not tested for tightness after completion of the repair pursuant to permit <br />conditions. <br />Piping replacement was done on the satellite #1 piping run on June 7, 2012 and tightness testing results have not <br />been submitted prior to operating the tank.
