The product fluids <br />transferred should not exceed the maximum operating pressures <br />indicated on each pipe size. OPW--FCS's supply piping is totally <br />bonded multi -layer composite construction. The inner-most <br />barrier layer is smooth, which enhances hydraulic flow <br />efficiency, and is virtually impervious to gasoline, alcohol <br />blends and a wide variety of other fuels and chemicals. The <br />exterior of the pipe also has a barrier layer to protect the <br />outer wall of the pipe from chemical and microbial attack. <br />OPW--FCS's flexible supply piping is available in double wall <br />in continuous lengths, <br />2.2 FlexWorks Double Piping <br />A UL listed double wall flexible supply piping system that Is <br />designed for installation within Access piping, The outer <br />containment jacket includes inner stand-off ribs to create a <br />small interstitial space which allows for optimum fluid <br />migration, continuous monitoring and easy periodictesting. <br />This piping features an enhanced construction that meats the <br />now UL971 standard, <br />2.3 Access Pipe <br />Access Pipe is a large diameter <br />corrugated flexible piping that adds <br />additional protection to OPW-FCS's <br />flexible piping and allows the pipeto be <br />removed and replaced without <br />excavation. Made of high density <br />polyethylene, this corrugated tube is <br />strong enough to withstand H-20 <br />loading requirements when properly <br />buried and thick enough to minimize <br />damage from shipping and jobsite handling, Access Pipe <br />can accommodate the 3/4 ", 1", 1-12", 2" and 3" Flex supply <br />pipe. <br />
