Observations were made for loss of
vacuum. Subsequently, an aerostatic pressure of 1.0 psi was applied on all
three samples (Model DST -1840, -4848, and TRFS-4848), and a soap solution was
sprayed on the impacted surfaces to detect any leakage.
RESULTS
There was no vacuum or pressure loss during the time period indicated, and no
leakage was observed in any of the samples.
TGA and IR
METHOD
A TGA test on the fiberglass material was conducted and compared to the
existing TGA chart in the procedure. IR tests were conducted on the adhesive
used for future references.
RESULTS
The TGA chart on the fiberglass has the same characteristics when compared to
the existing TGA chart in the procedure.
