SPCC PLAN APPROVAL STATEMENT <br />EPA regulations for SPCC Plans, found at 40 CFR 112.7, require management <br />approval and a written commitment of manpower, equipment, and materials required <br />to control and remove any harmful quantity of oil discharge. SWPP PLAN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE <br />EPA and most States require that this SWPP Plan be signed by an authorized person. <br />The level of authorization required is the same as for filing NPDES applications and <br />Discharge Monitoring Reports. This authorized signature is provided below: <br />"I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared <br />under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that <br />qualified personnel properly gathered and evaluated the information submitted. <br />Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those <br />persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted <br />is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete.
