Conduct and document the following: <br />a) Annual petroleum tank integrity testing. <br />b) Truck transfer operations log - required for every petroleum transfer. <br />c) Drainage inspections - required after rainfall. <br />d) Annual SPCC plan training for site employees. <br />Note <br />1) Fill out and return the following: Return to Compliance Certification form, a statement explaining how <br />the violation was corrected and supporting documentation. Return by October 1, 2010. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY <br />RATE.
